Once the general outline of The NRUCRD began to take shape with the Basic Tenets, "inspiration came upon the Prophet in the form of an Angel of ...", or so it would appear.
The general principal behind The Covenants is to add Dogma to our little "religion" to flesh it out some. And where do we get Dogma? Why from the messengers from the UVL in the form of Angels, of course. Although not all of The Covenants fit this format, it works well in general.
Hint: Wherever the Prophet is speaking through metaphore, the text will be in "quotes".
